Month Day-of wedding Coordinator’s primary job is making sure all the logistics of the wedding are handled. The day-of coordinator is responsible for the flawless execution of the already-made plans.
The Royal Event Planning would love to Coordinate Your Special Day . We are able to customize your Day of Coordination. Our fees start at $1300 which include: Make sure all Vendors arrive on time. Management and coordinate with Venue And Venue Staff. Be present for the entire Wedding. Calls during normal business hours. Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Final meeting with Couple 5 days before the to go over itinerary. Make sure all guests are seated on time. Take care of any problems that arise. Manage timeline of Reception activities. Be the point of contact for Venue and Vendors , Have a detailed itinerary for all vendors. Conduct a 45 minute rehearsal. Organize processional line-up Organize the send off. Final walk-through of Reception site.

Any Wedding/Event services requested under a 60 day notice of Wedding/Event date, will be charged a rush order fee of 25% of the total amount due.

All monies paid are non-refundable
In the Event a Wedding/Event has to be cancelled, the Client has 30 days to reschedule with the Event Planner at the Event Planners first availability
